Westmeri Marina received support from the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundation (EIS) in cooperation with Autlio! As part of the support, the entries between the Autlio environment used for operational activities and the Directo accounting software were automated.
Brief summary of the project for the public: Westmeri Marina is digitizing its port management and billing processes to make port services more accessible and convenient for both Estonian and foreign customers. During the project, a modern cloud-based port management software module will be implemented and interfaced with the accounting system, enabling automated processing of reservations and payments.
Sustainability of project results: The software solution will be adopted by Morobell OÜ in the operational and financial work of Westmeri Marina. The implemented port management, booking and billing system together with the Directo interface will become an integral part of the company’s core business, allowing the management of berths, customers, services and payments in a single digital workflow. Automated data exchange reduces manual labor, the risk of errors and ensures real-time financial overview. The results are sustainable, because the solution being created is cloud-based, scalable and developable according to the port’s needs. The system can be expanded with additional modules and integrations, supporting the growth and development of port services in the future. Digital and integrated work organization helps to better cope with seasonal loads, improves service quality and strengthens the competitiveness of Westmeri Marina in the maritime tourism market in the long term.
Project prerequisites: Morobell OÜ has a functioning customer base and Westmeri Marina uses Autlio booking software in its daily work. This means that the company has previous experience in using the system and the employees are accustomed to the digital solution. Within the framework of the project, the existing solution will be expanded with a port management module and integration with the Directo financial and cash system will be created. The company uses Directo accounting software, which creates the technical prerequisite for the automated movement of sales and invoice data between the two systems. The existing software environment and clear work processes allow for smooth implementation of the integration. An experienced development partner has been involved in the implementation of the project, who is responsible for configuring the port management module, creating the Directo interface and training employees. Since this is an extension of an already functioning system, the implementation risk is low and the technical feasibility of the project is guaranteed.

The total cost of the project is 9,176 euros (excluding VAT), of which the company’s own financing is 2,752.80 euros (excluding VAT) and is guaranteed by the company.
